California consumers have additional rights as described in this addendum.
How you can access, change, or delete your Personal Data.
If you would like to review, correct, update, suppress, restrict, or delete Personal Data that you have previously provided to us, object to the processing of your Personal Data, or if you would like to request to receive a copy of your Personal Data, including for purposes of transmitting it to another company (to the extent this right to data portability is provided to you by applicable law), you may do so by contacting Consumer Affairs or by calling 1 (800) 468-6502. Such requests will be governed by, and we will respond to your request consistent with, applicable law.
For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. While we will endeavor to always use your email address to verify your identity, however, we reserve the right to request additional information to verify your identity. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
If you are an authorized agent making a request on behalf of an individual, we may require additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
We reserve the right to deny your request if we cannot verify your identity. Where we deny your request in whole or in part, we will take steps to inform you of the denial and provide an explanation of our actions and the reasons for the denial.
Please note that we may need to retain certain data for record keeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion or to be able to honor opt-out requests.
