The goal of this patient initiative is simple: to encourage better conversations between you and your dental professional, and to provide you with advanced technology to improve your brushing habits and overall oral health.

We’ll use the below info to mail you one Colgate Connect E1 Smart Toothbrush (a $99.95 value).

By participating in this pilot, you agree:

• To brush for at least 2 weeks before your next scheduled dental appointment
• To visit your dental office and discuss your brushing habits at your next scheduled appointment. Your dental professional will use your brushing data to help coach you to achieve better oral health.
• To complete the pre and post-survey to provide feedback on how discussion of your brushing data with your dental professional helped you achieve better oral health outcomes. Once the post-survey is completed, you will receive a $5 cheque to thank you for your time and feedback.


• You are at least 13 years of age or older.
• You have received parental consent to participate in this pilot if you are less than 18 years of age.
